Sayyid Al-Hakeem stresses combating corruption and ration card support
Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, stressed the need to combat corruption in all its forms. During his meeting with the Minister of Commerce, Mr. Atheer Dawood, on Tuesday, 15/11/2022, he stressed the importance of supporting the ration card, increasing its items, improving its quality, and maintaining its regular access and distribution every month for the Iraqi citizen.
H.E. also affirmed the need to pay the Ministry of Commerce farmers' dues and raise the price of crops as an encouraging step for them. In addition to facilitating the reception of crops from them away from delay or rejection of the crop. H.E. Called for a foreign trade plan, import legalization, and stopping the import of economically and environmentally harmful goods. H.E. noted the importance of coordinating with ministries of finance, planning, and industry to prevent the import of products that can be manufactured locally, as well as cooperating with Iraqi customs to preserve Iraqi rights and provide for the State's treasury.
