Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Holy Karbala is Iraq’s front to The World and The Islamic World; it needs allocations proportional to its reality
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, said that Holy Karbala is Iraq’s front to the world and the Islamic world for its humanitarian and Islamic value that is painted by the shrines of Imam Al-Hussein and his brother Abi Al-Fadhl Al-Abbas “PBUT”. His Eminence said, during receiving Holy Karbala’s Governor Mr. Naseef, Wednesday, 2/11/2022, “Here, its service and municipality reality must be taken care of and improved, develop its neighborhoods, conduct ambitious plans with limited time ceilings.
H.E. illustrated that the province is expecting strategic projects, such as Holy Karbala’s Airport, Karbala’s refinery, and several medical projects. H.E. called to redress the province in the state’s budget for it specializes in receiving millions of visitors annually during numerous pilgrims. Most important of which, is the 4th visit of Imam Al-Hussein “PBUH”. Thus, requiring extra allocations to accommodate its people, in addition to providing proper services to the visitors.
