Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraq is the identity that unites all sub-identities
In his meeting with the organizational leaders of Al-Hikma National Movement in the northern and western regions, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, praised the efforts of Al-Hikma organizations seeking to serve the citizen in the northern and western regions and provinces.
His Eminence said, “Iraq unites us all, and it is the identity that unites all sub-identities” calling to respect diversity, privacies, and sub-identities. H.E. stressed that managing diversity requires respect for sub-identities within the framework of the one nation, national identity, and the social contract that governs its sons.
His Eminence recalled the national positions of Al-Hikma National Movement, which extends for a hundred years, and said that patriotism is a behavior before it is a slogan, and there are many stances that are witnessed and praised by all, stressing adherence to moderation and mediation and pride in the role played by Al-Hikma Movement in converging the views of the political parties, and we renewed our position of not participating in the next government.
