Sayyid Al-Hakeem Calls Sadrist Movement & Coordination Framework to make way for those who want upcoming government participation

Within the visit to Al-Basrah Al-Fayha province, Sayyid Ammar AL-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met several genuine Sheiks and Dignitaries on 8 March 2022, where he recalled with them the bright history of the Iraqi tribes and their active role during crises and disasters, considering it as one of the pillars that support and save the project, in addition to the Husseini rituals and the religious reference.
His Eminence stated that the strength of the country is from the strength of tribes, calling to reform some false norms such as excessive use of force and weapons in conflicts. H.E. indicated that addressing these mistakes and behaviors must come from the tribes as well. Lading the stance of the Sheiks of Al-Basrah’s tribes to end the conflicts and reconcile between the conflicting parties.
His Eminence illustrated that Iraq is suffering from political impasse, where he called everyone to bear the responsibilities that rests with them to put the interests of the nation and people before any other. Indicating that stability is linked to maintaining the balance, as there is no stability with imbalance. His Eminence called the brothers in the larger component of Sadrists Movement and Coordinating Framework (CF) to give way to those who are willing to take part in the government and to adopt the broad majority as the opposition is now represented by the parties who didn’t want to partake.
His Eminence indicated that AL-Hikma stance to not be a part of the next government, not to be an opposition, and remain positively neutral, reassuring that the government of majority is an important entrance for success, but with the condition of maintaining balance and the status of the biggest component of it. It is necessary to observe the nature of the political reality and its conditions without overlooking them.
His Eminence affirmed that the people want a government that serves, calling to use the oil money and its increase of its price to achieve prosperity for the Iraqi people and also strengthen the agricultural sector, raise the grant of social protection, broaden it, and redress the provinces that was cut from petrodollar, in addition to providing job opportunities for the people of Basrah in oil companies. Provide them with specialized hospitals to treat environment developed diseases, and affirming supporting rations, improving its quality, provide the rations every month, and impose strict price monitoring. This will require governmental effort, adding that Basrah is the highest in everything, of which is the level of sacrifices in combating dictatorship and ISIS.
His Eminence Affirmed that the necessity of establishing the best relations with the countries of the region and the world in accordance with the joint interests, we lauded all positive roles towards Iraq, with the necessity of dealing with it in accordance to common interests.
