Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem: Bald District can fulfill Iraq’s agricultural demands
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, confirmed that Balad District has moved mountains and given great sacrifices for the sake of the sovereignty and protection of Iraq, which he is something to be proud of. H.E. indicated, while meeting several service and security departments officials in the district, on Monday, July 25, 2021, that societal harmony creates the appropriate climate and environment for every work, especially concerning services, which requires the complete elimination of the area’s problems and the development of integrated solutions.
His Eminence stressed the need to return the displaced people whose involvement in crimes has not been proven to their areas through a real reconciliation that ends the tension. Eliminating hotbeds of tension and resolving outstanding issues creates societal reassurance, and as a result, creating investment opportunities, economic recovery, absorbing unemployment, leading to prosperity and progress. H.E. stressed the importance of activating local and foreign investment to provide Job opportunities and the development of the economy, explaining that the agricultural characteristics of Balad district can attract investors, and there is an opportunity to make the district fill part of the country’s need for crops. H.E. called to accelerate the reconstruction of Balad and provide services to citizens, to achieve the service wonder as well as the security wonder by confronting and defeating terrorism despite its major attacks and repeated attempts.
