Sayyid Al-Hakeem Stresses Local Government-Al-Muthana Provincial Council’s High Coordination
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, discussed the province's service and development landscape during His Eminence’s meeting with the Chairman of Al-Muthanna Provincial Council, Mr. Ahmed Mohsen Al-Zeyadi. His Eminence noted that Al-Muthanna is no longer the poorest province, thanks to the developmental and service projects it has seen. A key distinction of Al-Muthanna is that it has remained free from terrorism and has not witnessed any terrorist activities.
H.E. expressed support for forming the Coordination Framework Bloc within the provincial council, stressing the importance of close coordination between the local government and the council. H.E. underscored the need to maintain and strengthen the province’s stability and development. H.E. also called for continuous engagement with the public through field visits and an open-door policy for citizens, emphasizing the value of communicating with Iraqi tribes, their sheikhs, and the province’s elites, experts, and academic institutions. H.E. highlighted that the quickest way to Allah, the Almighty, is by serving His people.
