Sayyid Al-Hakeem lauds Turkish active elections participation, considering it developed political system expression
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, discussed with His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador, Mr. Ali Rıza GÜNEY on 25/6/2023, the developments of the Iraqi and regional landscape, ways to strengthen relations between Baghdad and Ankara, and activating joint aspects between the neighboring people and countries. His Eminence blessed the people and government of Turkey on the success of the recent elections, and the active participation of the Turkish people as an expression of the development of the political system in Turkey and how people are connected to it.
His Eminence indicated the Road of Development as a strategic project that connects the region together making it a station between east and west. H.E. reiterated that the budget’s approval for three years will open construction and development opportunities, therefore we called upon the Turkish companies to invest in these opportunities and achieve mutual benefits with Iraq.
