    Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Economic Triad Contractors, Farmers, Employees Drives Economy

    His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, visited the headquarters of the Iraqi Engineers Union in Babil Governorate and met a number of the union's engineers, explaining that the engineer's mission is a developmental one and regarding the end of the International Coalition's mission as a message of recovery for Iraq and recognition by the world of that recovery. H.E. described the engineer as the backbone of the reconstruction and development process, calling for attention to engineers and support for them in a way that helps raise the quality of projects.  
    H.E. called for updating tools and keeping pace with developments in construction and other fields, and for making good use of construction materials, explaining that the visit to the engineers is a message of care for them. H.E. pointed to the need for sound management in times of crisis, along with the importance of continuing to implement projects and supporting contractors in completing their tasks, in addition to securing the dues of farmers and employees, given the role this triad plays in driving the economy, sustaining the wheel of reconstruction, creating job opportunities, and providing services to citizens.  
    H.E. pointed to the impact of regional developments on Iraq, commending the Ministry of Finance's step in allocating part of the funds to contractors, which helps sustain the wheel of reconstruction and the continued implementation of projects.
