Sayyid Al-Hakeem Emphasizes Islamic Unity in Response to Events in Palestine
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with His Eminence Sheikh Nasir Al-Jaafari, Head of the Islamic Unity Party of Pakistan and member of the Pakistani Senate. During the meeting, Sayyid Al-Hakeem listened to the situation of Muslims who follow Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Pakistan and called for enhancing relations between Iraq and Pakistan, given their shared opportunities and potential.
His Eminence underscored the importance of a unified Islamic stance by fostering cooperation among all Islamic sects. H.E. also commended the presence of Pakistani followers of Ahl Al-Bayt during the Arba’een pilgrimage, emphasizing that this occasion serves as a moment for unity and gathering for all Muslims.
H.E. highlighted the need for a unified Islamic position on the ongoing situation in occupied Palestine, stressing the importance of the international community taking action to end the war and pressuring the israeli government to stop the daily massacres in Gaza, which are nearing a full year.
