    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Stress General Amnesty Law Amendment to Halt Iraqi Blood Shed Involved Persons’ Release

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, Headed the regular meeting of the Advisory Body of Al-Hikma National Movement, and reviewed the agenda items and discussed developments in Iraqi and regional political affairs. His Eminence stressed the need to amend the General Amnesty Law to ensure that anyone involved in spilling Iraqi blood is not granted release, thereby reinforcing justice.
    The discussions also covered the Syrian situation, where H.E. highlighted the importance of fostering stability, empowering the Syrian people to govern their country, preserving Syria’s unity, and safeguarding its sovereignty. H.E. also emphasized the need to maintain the readiness of our armed forces while strengthening national unity and cohesion. 
    Furthermore, H.E. noted the regional and international consensus supporting Iraq's stability and its political system. H.E. expressed the importance of such consensus in reinforcing the stability and security of the country.
    H.E. called for commemorating Iraqi Martyr's Day, which marks the 22nd anniversary of the martyrdom of the "Martyr of the Alter," (Shaheed Al-Mihrab) Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammed Baqir Al-Hakeem (May his soul rest in peace). This solemn occasion coincides with significant events in the region and the anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory (May Allah have mercy on them).
