Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets Al-Hikma National Movement Southern Leadership,Affirms Bond Depth with Movement

His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, met with a gathering of the organizational leadership of Al-Hikma National Movement in the southern governorates. His Eminence welcomed those present at the outset of the meeting and commended them for the effort of travel, affirming the importance of these periodic gatherings with the cherished members of one shared movement, considering them among the closest to His heart. H.E. noted that the bond of the movement takes precedence over ties of kinship, citing the Holy Quran: "Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham are those who followed him" (3:68 Holy Quran).

At the opening of the meeting, H.E. expressed his sincere condolences on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him), presenting an overview of the challenges the Imam faced, as the tyrants believed that subjecting him to embarrassment would suffice to undermine his standing. Yet Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) confounded them with his logical and practical responses in the prime of his youth, transforming the challenge into a resplendent opportunity.

H.E. also recalled the anniversary of the return of Shaheed Al-Mihrab (may Allah sanctify his soul) to his homeland, and the enduring stances he left in the governorates he visited before reaching the holy city of Najaf, calling for facing challenges and campaigns of doubt with an open heart, and noting that no leadership or symbol has been spared from such campaigns, and that the scale of targeting is directly proportional to the scale of impact. H.E. pointed to the fact that the school of the martyr is distinguished by depth of vision and precision of foresight.

In closing, H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem commended all parties that contributed to the completion of the electoral and constitutional entitlements, particularly in light of the delicate circumstances through which Iraq and the region are passing, affirming that the most prominent gain achieved is that of the peaceful transfer of power and its orderly transition from one administration to the next, in a manner that reinforces the journey of state-building and consolidates the principle of institutionalism.
