Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraq-Jordan delegations’ diversity to strengthen countries’ relations

Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met in his bureau this evening, a media delegation from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with the presence of the Jordanian Ambassador to Baghdad, His Excellency Montaser Al-Zoubi, and the President of the Federation of Journalists of Iraq and President of the General Federation of Arab Journalists, Mr. Moaid Allami. His Eminence received regards from His Majesty King Abdulla II of Jordan, and expressed joy for the diversity of exchanged delegations between Iraq and Jordan, as this represents the depth of the relationship between the two brotherly countries and people and the depth of the mutual interests.
H.E. indicated Iraq’s variables such as the presence of the Iraqi components in the Iraqi landscape, politically and socially, appealing to democracy, and abandoning the self-centric regime.
H.E. stressed the Unifying National Identity and respecting privacies, and illustrated the national identity doesn’t intersect with sub-identities, rather it interacts with them positively and affirmed that Iraq is a nation that holds peoples and components that come together at the Unifying National Identity.
H.E. also illustrated that Iraq is not with the policy of axes, but seeking to become a meeting hub for all, yet it’s not a part of any axis.
Moreover, H.E. indicated the dangerous events Iraq survived, one of which was facing terrorism and sectarian conflict, and said about the success of Gulf Cup 25 in Basra and the positive impact it brought upon Iraq. It also tore down all negative images Iraq had been seen as by Arabic and Gulf citizens.
