Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Ministries Belong to All Iraqis, Aim to Serve Citizens, Implement Government Program
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received at his office in Baghdad His Excellencies the Ministers of Planning and Culture, Dr. Qutaiba Ghazi and Dr. Yassin Al-Eithawi, congratulating them on winning the confidence of the Parliament and wishing them success in managing their ministries.
H.E. affirmed that ministries belong to all Iraqis and must express them and work to serve them, pointing to the importance of implementing the government program, developing job performance, improving the administrative side, and curbing red tape and bureaucracy, along with the importance of introducing automation, governance, and modern technology.
H.E. also stressed the importance of cooperation and integration in performance with local governments, completing projects and moving stalled ones forward, calling for nurturing scientific competencies and empowering them in the ministry’s key departments, in addition to cooperating with universities and their competencies.
