Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Financial, Administrative Reform Foundation for Economic Stability
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received the Head of the General Authority for Monitoring the Allocation of Federal Revenues, Ms. Suzan Abdullah, and the accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the most prominent financial and economic challenges facing the state at the current stage were reviewed, as well as ways to enhance the efficiency of federal revenue management and its fairness across the various sectors and levels.
H.E. stressed the importance of concerted national efforts to support the oversight and financial institutions and enable them to perform their constitutional and legal duties with high efficiency, as well as rationalizing spending and boosting revenues to face financial challenges and contain economic crises through a sustainable strategic vision, stressing the importance of enhancing financial efficiency and focusing on financial and administrative reform to achieve economic stability and limit the effects of financial fluctuations on the general budget.
For her part, Ms. Suzan Abdullah gave a briefing on the Authority’s current plans and its diligent efforts to ensure effective oversight of revenue allocation and its fair and transparent distribution.
