Sayyid Al-Hakeem: to Embrace All Components Foundation to Consolidate Political Stability Diyala
His Eminence Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received at his office in Baghdad the Governor of Diyala, Mr. Adnan Mohammed Al-Shamari, where the state of services in the governorate was discussed.
H.E. affirmed the necessity of giving attention to districts and sub-districts, and working to complete service projects — particularly those that have reached high completion rates.
H.E. also stressed the importance of consolidating political stability in Diyala Governorate, explaining that this is achieved through embracing all and maintaining openness toward all components, and calling for drawing on academic competencies and universities to find the necessary solutions to the entrenched crises facing the governorate.
In the same context, H.E. affirmed the importance of granting local governments their full constitutional and legal powers, noting that Diyala is an agricultural, oil, and industrial governorate with border crossings, and that these vast potentials must therefore be invested in supporting the local government and strengthening its service and developmental capacities.
