Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms with Kurdish MPs Competencies Government, to Expedite Service Legislation Enactment
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received at his office several members of the Iraqi Parliament from the Kurdish blocs, during which views were exchanged on the latest developments in the political landscape in Iraq and the file of government formation. H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem stressed the necessity of appointing competent ministers capable of bearing responsibility during the delicate and sensitive phase Iraq is traversing.
H.E. also affirmed the principle of complementarity between the legislative and executive authorities, calling for the expedited enactment of laws that directly bear on citizens and on building the structure of the Iraqi state.
