Sayyid Al-Hakeem Stresses to Hasten Projects, Reinforce Mandates to Support Provincial Development
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, emphasized during his meeting this morning, 27 November 2025, with Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governor Engineer Yousef Gannawi, the importance of directing maximum effort toward serving the people of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and strengthening the governorate’s development path, while accelerating the completion of ongoing projects.
H.E. reaffirmed the unique status and sacred character of this blessed governorate, noting its deep religious and historical significance, which places an added responsibility on all institutions at every level.
H.E. praised the ongoing work to inaugurate new projects and plan future initiatives, urging greater engagement with the institutions, expertise, and scientific competencies within Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf. H.E. further renewed the call to grant local governments their constitutional powers and financial entitlements so they can carry out their development programs and fulfill the aspirations of their communities.
