His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem received a delegation from Al-Jihad and Bina’ Movement, led by its Secretary-General, Mr. Jawad Al-Saadi, at his office in Baghdad on Sunday, November 23, 2025. The discussions centered on developments within Iraq's political landscape, the outcomes of the latest parliamentary elections, and the positive public awareness they reflected. These results build upon the security, political, and social gains achieved in the recent period.
H.E. underscored the critical need to adhere to constitutional deadlines for appointing the three presidencies and forming the upcoming government. H.E. emphasized that the current phase should be used to forge a consensus on a methodology capable of resolving lingering political issues, stating that this must take precedence over negotiations on specific names, in a mattmannert ensures forming an effective government that meets the country's practical requirements and addresses citizen needs.
