    as part of his ongoing engagement with political blocs and representatives of various components, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received Mr. Mohammed Samaan, Head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front, in his office on Saturday evening, 22 November 2025. The discussion addressed developments in the political landscape in Iraq and the region, along with the outcomes of the recent parliamentary elections and the indications and messages they conveyed, reaffirming the commitment of all components of Iraqi society to the democratic path.
    His Eminence emphasized the need to safeguard the representation of all components in a manner that reflects their standing, social role, and cultural influence, underscoring the importance of ensuring that such representation expresses the true aspirations of their communities. 
    H.E. also noted that Kirkuk represents a miniature model of Iraq, and that achieving success in its administration forms a foundation for broader success across the country. H.E. stressed adherence to the constitutional timelines for forming the next federal government, following a vision and approach capable of meeting the expectations of the Iraqi people and defining the nation’s priorities.
