    His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of National State Powers Alliance, welcomed Mr. Joshua Harris, the Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Iraq, at his office this morning, where Mr. Harris conveyed his country’s congratulations on the successful parliamentary elections.
    Sayyid Ak-Hakeem thanked him for these sentiments, noting that the electoral outcome reaffirmed the Iraqi people’s commitment to democratic practice, the electoral process, and the peaceful transfer of authority—an indication of the nation’s growing political maturity and strong sense of national responsibility.
    His Eminence underscored the need to form the next government within the constitutional deadlines, ensuring that it addresses the priorities of the upcoming stage, including economic revitalization, income diversification, and urgent climate challenges.
