Sayyid Al-Hakeem: National State Powers Alliance Embodies Moderation, With Clean Bloodshed Free Record, Illicit Wealth
From Diyala Governorate, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with the alliance’s candidates in the province. After listening to their remarks, His Eminence commended their efforts to advance the alliance’s vision, expressing regret over the use of political money and the pressures exerted on some employees and affiliates to secure votes for certain political entities. H.E. emphasized that such practices burden citizens and provoke resentment toward those forcing them to vote, stressing that illicit votes are no different from illicit money.
H.E. affirmed that the National State Powers Alliance maintains a clear and unblemished record, untainted by bloodshed or corruption, and has become a model in various domains—most notably in advocating moderation, balance, and unity. H.E. noted that this approach represents the path of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him and his pure progeny).
H.E. urged intensified efforts focused on effective and responsive areas, warning against dispersing energy and reaffirming that supporting the National State Powers Alliance is a step toward securing Iraq’s stability. H.E. noted that the election results will play a direct role in consolidating stability and transforming it into a lasting one, calling as well for promoting the principles of moderation and balance and their importance in preserving Iraq’s unity.
H.E. stressed that electoral victory should serve as a means to deliver public services, alleviate hardship, and improve citizens’ lives. H.E. also underlined the need to revitalize Diyala’s agricultural, industrial, oil, and tourism sectors, leveraging its strategic location. H.E. further emphasized that every elected representative must maintain active communication with the public after entering parliament, as this reinforces trust between citizens and their representatives. H.E. noted that real work begins on November 11, not ends with it.
H.E. concluded by affirming that the alliance’s electoral program is built upon political stability, financial and economic reform, adherence to religious, social, and national values, strengthening regional and international relations, and improving public services.
