    Sayyid Al-Hakeem from Abada Tribe Guesthouse: Informed Elections Safeguards Balance, Representation, Iraq’s Stability

    Hosted by Emir Sheikh Al-Hassan Al-Hajj Hameed Al Ajeel Al-Abadi, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met on Friday evening, September 26, 2025, with a gathering of sheikhs, dignitaries, and members of the Abada Tribe. His Eminence extended his blessings on the occasion of Friday, a day associated with the Master of the Age (may Allah hasten his reappearance).
    H.E. also commemorated the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (may his soul be sanctified), noting that Islam has offered thousands of martyrs for the success of its divine mission. H.E. stressed that challenges are always accompanied by opportunities, urging patience and perseverance to continue the journey, and praised Iraq’s principled stance in supporting regional causes and engaging with neighboring peoples without direct involvement in wars.
    H.E. emphasized that Iraq has overcome immense security, political, and social challenges. With Allah Almighty’s grace, the guidance of the Supreme Religious Authority, the wisdom of certain political leaders, and the honorable unity of the Iraqi people, the nation emerged resilient and victorious.
    Reaffirming the “five pillars of services”, water, electricity, healthcare, education, and infrastructure, H.E. explained that these essentials strengthen citizens’ ties to their homeland and create job opportunities.
    H.E. called for broad, effective, and informed participation in the elections, warning against altering the political weight and representation of communities. H.E. affirmed that safeguarding these balances is the essence of fairness and justice, adding: “Participation in elections protects the rights of both voters and non-voters by ensuring representation and maintaining equilibrium.”
    H.E. further urged caution against opportunists, adventurers, and political amateurs, underscoring that the compass of choice must point toward the righteous candidate within the righteous list.
