Sayyid Al-Hakeem Underscores Pursuing Iraqi Cases before International Courts
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of National State Powers’ Alliance, received Mr. Beshdar Hassan, President of the Institute of International Law, along with his accompanying delegation, and listened to a briefing on the institute’s efforts in supporting Iraq’s legal track and just causes.
His Eminence stressed the importance of pursuing Iraqi cases before international courts and working to reclaim rights, particularly those linked to the former regime and the consequences Iraq has borne as a result of its misguided policies.
H.E. also touched on the upcoming elections, noting that they mark a turning point between fragile stability and lasting stability, calling for competition based on electoral programs and ensuring electoral security for all parties.
