    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives Russian Ambassador, Stresses Importance of Dialogue and Strengthening Bilateral Relations

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Iraq, His Excellency Elbrus Kutrashev, to discuss ways of enhancing bilateral relations between Baghdad and Moscow in a manner that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.
    His Eminence stressed the importance of adopting dialogue as a means to address regional issues, emphasizing the need to adhere to international law and legitimate international frameworks as guarantees for security and stability.
    H.E. pointed to the unprecedented political, social, security, and economic stability Iraq is currently experiencing, noting that the country has transformed into a vast workshop across its provinces, offering promising opportunities for companies seeking to invest and operate.
    In a related context, H.E. reiterated his call for broad and informed participation in the upcoming elections, describing them as a fundamental pillar in consolidating sustainable stability and strengthening the country’s democratic process.
