    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives Venezuelan Ambassador; Stresses to Strengthen Bilateral Ties, Rejects israeli Aggression

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received H.E. Arturo Aníbal Gallegos Ramírez, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Iraq. The meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral relations between Baghdad and Caracas and reaffirmed the shared commitment to advancing cooperation in a manner that benefits both peoples.
    Sayyid Al-Hakeem praised Venezuela’s supportive stance on Arab and Islamic causes and commended its principled positions in international forums. H.E. also congratulated the Venezuelan people on the successful conclusion of their recent elections, viewing it as a positive step in reinforcing democratic progress.
    On regional matters, H.E. renewed strong condemnation of Israel’s repeated aggressions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, warning that such actions pose a serious threat to the region’s peace and stability. H.E. called on the international community to fulfill its legal and moral responsibilities by putting an end to these attacks and reviving diplomatic efforts as the only path to de-escalation and long-term regional security.
