Sayyid Al-Hakeem Visits Salah Al-Din Popular Mobilization Operations Command, Stresses Patience and Wisdom to Face Challenges
As part of his tour in Salah Al-Din province, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, visited the Salah Al-Din Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), where he met with several commanders, brigade leaders, and a group of fighters from the PMF.
His Eminence extended his condolences on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Al-Sadr and his noble sister, Al-Alawiya Bint Al-Huda (may their souls be sanctified), remarking that the assassination of the Imam marked a form of divine retribution. H.E. noted that the regime’s fall on the same date as Imam Al-Sadr’s martyrdom was no coincidence, but rather a reflection of Allah’s will and divine order in history.
H.E. emphasized that the blood of the martyrs laid the foundation for defeating terrorism, recalling the heroism of those martyred in events such as the Speicher massacre. H.E. also highlighted the collaboration between Ba’athist remnants and terrorist groups, underlining that the decisive turning point in defeating this alliance was the fatwa issued by the Supreme Religious Authority, which rallied the nation and foiled terrorist agendas.
In closing, Sayyid Al-Hakeem called for meeting Iraq’s ongoing challenges with patience, wisdom, and resolute determination, affirming that these values are essential to securing victory and preserving Iraq’s unity, stability, and sovereignty.
