    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets French Ambassador in Baghdad to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with French Ambassador to Baghdad His Excellency Patrick Durel to discuss recent political developments in Iraq and the region, along with ways to enhance Iraq-France relations.
    During the meeting, Sayyid Al-Hakeem emphasized the importance of utilizing Iraq's reconstruction opportunities, calling for cooperation with experienced French companies. Discussions also covered Syria, where H.E. expressed hopes for stability while stressing the need for security preparedness against terrorism, including preemptive operations against terrorist groups.
    Regarding Gaza, Sayyid Al-Hakeem condemned israel's continued aggression as a clear violation of international law, urging the international community to intervene and provide humanitarian support.
    In conclusion, both sides agreed to strengthen Iraqi-French cooperation across various sectors to benefit both nations and promote regional stability.
