    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets Tribal Leaders in Garma Bani Saeed, Calls for Strengthening Cooperation to Address Internal and External Challenges

    During a visit to Garma Bani Saeed in Dhi Qar Province, hosted at the guesthouse of Sayyid Barghouth Al-Musewi, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met with a gathering of tribal elders and dignitaries. His Eminence praised the deep-rooted history of the esteemed tribe and extended his blessings on the occasion of the sacred month of Rajab. H.E. also reflected on the longstanding ties that connect him with these honorable tribes, emphasizing the importance of such meetings in fostering communication and collaboration.
    In his remarks, Sayyid Al-Hakeem addressed the challenges facing Iraq, particularly external threats, with a focus on developments in Syria and the need to shield Iraq from potential risks. H.E. underscored the necessity of handling these challenges responsibly—without exaggeration or underestimation—while maintaining Iraq’s stability and minimizing any adverse effects. H.E. affirmed that Iraq possesses the resilience to withstand such challenges through reliance on Allah and sustained preparedness.
    Sayyid Al-Hakeem highlighted Iraq’s progress across security, political, social, and economic sectors, stressing the vital role of tribes in maintaining stability in cooperation with local governments and security forces. H.E. also noted that Iraq stands as a foundation for global reform within the project of Imam Al-Mahdi (May Allah Hasten His Reappearance), positioning it as a stable, self-sufficient nation blessed by Allah.
    Concluding his speech, Sayyid Al-Hakeem called for stronger cooperation between tribes and the government to further enhance stability and development across Iraq.
