Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem Discusses Strengthening Iraq-Azerbaijan Relations with Azerbaijani Ambassador
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Nasir Mammadov, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in Baghdad. His Eminence emphasized the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between Iraq and Azerbaijan to serve the mutual interests of both nations and their friendly peoples.
During the meeting, H.E. also provided insights into Iraq’s political, social, and security landscape, highlighting the significance of maintaining stability in Iraq as a key factor in ensuring broader regional stability. Furthermore, H.E. reiterated his call for an end to the war in Gaza, the return of displaced individuals, and the reconstruction of affected cities.
