    Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Somalian Prime Minister’s visit to strengthen both countries ties

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre, along with his delegation of ministers and advisors. His Eminence expressed his pleasure at this visit, highlighting that Iraq, a nation of diversity, rich history, and great civilization, is eager to reclaim its historic role in the region and foster connections with our Arab brothers. H.E. conveyed to the Prime Minister and his delegation that their visit presents an opportunity to strengthen the ties between our two brotherly countries and to deepen shared interests.
    H.E. reaffirmed support for Mr. Al-Sudani’s government in its efforts to engage with Arab nations and build strong relationships with them.
    H.E. expressed anticipation for high-level leadership participation in the upcoming Arab League Summit, which will take place in Baghdad.
    H.E. emphasized the importance of promoting moderation and centrism in managing relations among the peoples of the region. Moreover, H.E. noted that these values are genuine  Islamic principles.
    Furthermore, H.E. stated “the plight of the Palestinian people constitutes a genocide.” Stressing the importance of the Palestinian cause to remain the most important cause of two nations, the Islamic and Arabic.
