Sayyid Al-Hakeem meets Faili Kurds delegation, calls for component unity
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with a delegation of Faili Kurds led by Sheikh Asad Al-Faili, President of the National Conference of Faili Kurds. His Eminence extended congratulations to them on the occasions of Eid Al-Adha and Eid Al-Ghadeer and discussed the Islamic significance of Eid Al-Ghadeer.
H.E. addressed the distortions faced by Imam Ali and his righteous path despite his immense sacrifices, bravery, piety, and knowledge. When the news of his martyrdom in the prayer niche reached the people of Sham, they remarked, "Did Ali use to pray?". H.E. illustrated that all these accusations and defamation didn’t deter him (Peace Be Upon Him).
Sayyid Al-Hakeem stressed that clean politics is the Islamic approach and the path of Ahl Al-Bayt (PBUT). We noted that the righteous path eventually bears fruit, and urged adherence to this path, which is the path of the righteous community.
H.E. pointed out that the Faili Kurds have been targeted twice: once for being followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (PBUT), and once for being Kurds. H.E. also called for the unity of this group to reclaim their rights through legislation, laws, and decisions.
