Sayyid Al-Hakeem discusses political landscape updates, House’s Speaker election with Al-Mandalawi
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the acting Speaker, Mr. Muhsin Al-Mandalawi, and discussed the latest developments in the political landscape of Iraq and the region, as well as the role of the House of Parliament in the upcoming phase.
His Eminence stressed the importance of passing key legislation and resolving the selection of a new Speaker.
H.E. also highlighted the need for unified and intensified efforts to preserve the achieved stability and turn it into lasting stability. H.E. acknowledged the efforts of the House leadership and representatives in approving the budget schedules and reiterated that this approval demonstrates confidence and alignment with the government's objectives in construction, reconstruction, and development.
