Sayyid Al-Hakeem: reconstruction process begins, rebuilding and services phase
In the guesthouse of Sheikh Firas Al-Masoudi, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, stated that the Iraqis have overcome security, political, and societal challenges, and Iraq is now in a better situation. H.E. reiterated his view on the collaboration between terrorism and the Ba'athist regime since the assassination of former UN Secretary-General's representative Sergio de Mello and the martyrdom of Shaheed Al-Mihrab (may Allah sanctify his soul).
H.E. emphasized that the reconstruction process has commenced and expressed hope for positive progress, envisioning Iraq's return to its natural status and fulfilling the demands of its people. This phase is focused on rebuilding and providing services, and H.E. expressed confidence that Iraq will succeed in this challenge just as it has overcome previous ones.
