Sayyid Al-Hakeem emphasizes the importance of cultural institutions integration between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with His Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Mehdi Emani Bour, the president of the Organization for Culture and Islamic Relations, welcoming His Eminence to Iraq. H.E. emphasized the importance of integrating cultural institutions between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran to serve the interests of both peoples, stressing the importance of leveraging commonalities to confront challenges.
H.E. pointed out that the cultural landscape faces significant challenges, including foreign ideas infiltrating our societies, calling for intellectual, social, and economic remedies to block the path for those promoting such ideas.
H.E. also emphasized the importance of capitalizing on the spiritual and fraternal atmospheres of the pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and its role in bringing peoples together. This pilgrimage represents a global phenomenon that brings together diverse cultures, peoples, and races, urging support for the Palestinian people in terms of relief efforts and raising awareness about their plight. H.E. assigned cultural institutions the responsibility of educating the new generations about the history of the crisis and addressing the cultural campaigns of the Israeli entity aimed at improving its image in Islamic communities.
