Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Iraqis’ Will Surpassed All Schemes

From Al-Ghammas District in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Sheikhs and dignitaries of the district, particularly the esteemed Al Ziyad family, at the guesthouse of Sheikh Zahid Al Aleem Al-Ziyadi, the Sheikh of the Al Ziyad tribe in Al-Diwaniyah. As His Eminence looked at the noble faces, he reminisced about the days when Iraqis raised the banner against dictatorship, fought terrorism, built the state, and strengthened the foundations of stability. H.E. noted that Iraq paid the price for transitioning from a dictatorial regime to a pluralistic democratic system, enduring terrorism starting from the UN bombings to the assassination of Shaheed Al-Mihrab (may Allah be pleased with him) on the first of Rajab.
H.E. emphasized the need to maintain balance in Iraq due to its importance in achieving stability and ensuring the representation of all components of the Iraqi people. H.E. stated that the will of the Iraqis was greater than all schemes, warning again of plots targeting achievements under weak pretexts. H.E. recalled the political challenges that led political bloc leaders to exchange accusations through the media, pointing out that this phase has ended, and dialogue and managing differences have become the prevailing traits, as evidenced by the existence and effectiveness of the State Administration Coalition.
H.E. explained that the current phase is one of building and reconstruction, given the relative abundance of funds, the Prime Minister's executive and administrative expertise in state management details, and the presence of service teams in provincial councils. H.E. confirmed that the water situation requires strategic solutions as well as immediate measures.
