Sayyid Al-Hakeem emphasizes poor provinces' fairness, especially those lacking reconstruction fund
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with a group of sheiks and dignitaries from Al-Muthanna at the guest place of the honorable Tabatabaei family, hosted by Sayyid Haider Ahmed Al-Tabatabaei. His Eminence stressed the importance of fairness to the poorest provinces, especially those lacking a reconstruction fund, and the necessity of treating them with exceptional attention when approving budgets. H.E. highlighted the importance of addressing the water scarcity in Al-Muthanna and other service-related issues in rural areas and villages, as well as prioritizing infrastructure and entrances. H.E. expressed confidence in the local government's ability to complete developmental and service projects and called for spreading positivity and optimism.
H.E. also pointed out that the wheel of development has begun turning in the right direction, despite encountering some obstacles and daily challenges.
