Sayyid Al-Hakeem meets Republic’s President, discusses political updates
In the blessed atmosphere of Ramadan, as part of our ongoing visits with political and social leaders, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with His Excellency, President Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, exchanged congratulations for the holy month, and praised the governmental efforts in the fields of services and development. His Eminence emphasized the necessity of resolving lingering issues through dialogue and existing laws, and reiterated the call for the resolution of the parliamentary speaker election and the selection of a capable individual to fill the position and reassure everyone.
Concerning the Gaza crisis, H.E. renewed the call for a ceasefire, aid for the displaced, and the reconstruction of the city.
