Sayyid Al-Hakeem discusses bilateral ties, supports Palestine with Iranian parliamentary delegation
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, received a parliamentary delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran on 25/10/2023, led by the Deputy Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee, Mr. Ibrahim Azizi. His Eminence discussed views on the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples. H.E. reiterated Iraq's support for the Palestinian cause and its unified stance from all components regarding the rights of the Palestinian people to live, build their state, and regain their displaced population.
H.E. also stressed the necessity of halting aggression, protecting civilians, and urgently delivering humanitarian assistance. We held the international community responsible for allowing the shedding of blood and the killing of children, women, and the elderly through the criminal military machinery used by the entity against innocent civilians.
