    Sayyid Al-Hakeem Discusses Bilateral Ties, Affirms Moving Toward Lasting Stability with Kuwaiti Ambassador

    His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met today, Tuesday, 2 December 2025, with the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Iraq, His Excellency Mr. Hassan Mohammed Al-Zaman. The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and the means to strengthen them in a way that serves shared interests and reinforces mutual cooperation.
    H.E. pointed to the outcomes of the recent parliamentary elections in Iraq, which confirmed the Iraqi people’s commitment to the democratic path and their unity around their political system. H.E. affirmed that Iraq is moving forward in building on the positive developments achieved, advancing toward sustainable stability.
    H.E. further stressed that Iraq’s stability is integral to the stability of the region, calling for combined efforts and coordinated action to support stability in a manner that allows the peoples of the region to live in security and benefit from its resources.
