Sayyid Al-Hakeem Calls for Local Government, Tribal Leaders Cooperation to Serve Maysan Province
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with Sheikh Waleed Khalid Al-Salman Al-Ulayawi, the leader of Albu Ali tribe, and underscored the crucial role of tribes in maintaining social peace and praised the tribal leaders for their positive response to the social peace initiative we introduced during our recent visit to Maysan province. His Eminence stressed the importance of promoting stability in Maysan by improving services for its citizens.
H.E. also noted that Maysan has unique features, particularly in agriculture, that need to be fully utilized and prioritized. H.E. called for greater cooperation and coordination between the local government and the tribal leaders to serve the province of Maysan better.
